This material is processed in a complex autoclave process, which offers numerous advantages.
Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fibre fabric, is characterised by a uniform resin distribution while maintaining a high fibre volume content. This results in maximum strength and increases the flexibility of the components. Processing in the autoclave, a high-pressure oven operating under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, ensures perfect, uniform curing and a flawless surface. This method prevents air pockets in the material and ensures consistently high quality of the parts.
