Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fibre fabric, is characterised by an even resin distribution while maintaining a high fibre content. This ensures maximum strength and increases the flexibility of the components. Processing in the autoclave, a high-pressure oven that operates under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, guarantees perfect, uniform curing and a flawless surface. This method prevents air pockets in the material and ensures consistently high quality of the parts.

Ilmberger carbon parts are laminated by hand with care and precision, ensuring consistent fibre alignment without distortion. After curing in the autoclave, the edges of the parts are cut with robotic precision to ensure a perfect fit and the highest quality.
