In time with the introduction of the BMW models in the 40 Years GS Edition, "Edition 40 Years GS," we have released matching engine protection bars that integrate perfectly into the colour scheme of the "Edition 40 Years GS."
The engine protection bar not only reliably protects the cylinders and valve covers but also both lambda sensors. The all-round protection concept increases passive safety and thus enhances the joy of riding. In the event of a fall or tip-over, the forces are optimally distributed through the crash bar structure to the load-bearing mounting points, preventing peaks in force.
The engine protection bar is made from 25-millimetre precision stainless steel tubing. The tube segments are formed on CNC tube bending machines and then cleanly welded. Visually, the crash bar integrates into the design of the motorcycle and accentuates its striking appearance.
Our crash bars focus on both protective function and product design. Therefore, we also offer the protection bar in yellow. This allows the clever engine protection to integrate into the design of your BMW.
